More expensive than I initially thought but still very useful if you’re traveling within the zones where you can return the car. I would wish for the map of stations to have a function where for example if you write a destination it tells you where the closest station to that destination is; just makes things smoother; but other than that all was brilliant and had to call help center a few times and they quickly answered and were very helpful; so all in all great experience and will use them again!Show lessRudina Hatipi
The UX for unlocking the car is buggy
Whenever I try to start my ride, I get prompted whether I want to purchase extra insurance. If I select No, a lot of times the car doesn't unlock, if I say yes, it usually works.
This means that I end up wasting time trying to click no fast enough after swiping to unlock in the hopes that it takes effect.Show lessidhaiehdjs
Disastrous ‘up’grade
The new app doesn’t work. Reserved cars won’t unlock, you can’t see the map, and although in theory you can have 20 mins free reservation time you can only select 15 or 30 minutes. A shame that they are killing the service with this and a general hike in charges and loss of the monthly subscription.Show lessnf567
