The Choices Are Yours
After 12 years I switched from Evernote to Craft and I'm not looking back. As a digital anthropologist, I work with a lot of software companies so I'm rather picky. Calendar integration, the tab feature, the ability to keep it minimalist as you like is sublime. If you write a lot of blog articles like I do on Medium, the editing tools don't force you into markdown and they stay out of the way until you need them. So much power under the hood and the design team considers the UI very well. Kudos to them. Lovely productivity app. Team sharing is nice, but not necessary for me and well priced.

Nearly Perfect
There is so much to like about using Craft as my primary notes application for my professional services business. Best features: backlinking is easy and to anything in the workspace; organizing notes is as layered as you want and easy to follow; simple formatting controls for writing; lots of publishing options; you can build notes but also more complex documents side by side; it goes on. There are things I'd really like to see added though to make this app complete. A) I would like to integrate my todo task manager, preferably with embedded links (I use Todoist)- some of my notes are actions and right now I need to manually transport all that to Todoist; Craft lacks a lot of integrations right now, but I assume that will change eventually. B) Get a web clipper; adding clipped web content easlity from a browser extenstion would be great - like Evernote, Nimbus, etc. C) I'd like the optoin to display attached files as printed pages instead of links; also to be able to markup those printed pages within the app. I just bought the PRO version so I can get additional workspaces and file uploads. Keep improving this beautiful app, please!

Too many bugs
It's an app with a great potential, but sadly there is too many bugs. Scrolling documents is not smooth at all, code block text disappear very often and copy paste stuff is a pain. It's like they don't test at all the product before a release. I will have to stick to another solution for now. It's sad because it's very good design for an app like this and mobile integration is very good.

Revolutionize Your Productivity: Discover the Magic of Craft Docs
As someone who has tried countless productivity and note-taking apps, I was blown away by Craft Docs. Not only is it visually stunning with its sleek design and customizable themes, but it also offers a seamless and intuitive user experience.
One standout feature for me has been the collaboration capabilities. Being able to work with others on the same document in real-time has made teamwork and projects a breeze. Additionally, the app's powerful search functionality has helped me quickly find what I need, even within large documents with multiple layers of organization.
Overall, I highly recommend Craft Docs to anyone looking for a comprehensive and user-friendly app for all their note-taking and organizational needs. It's truly an app that can enhance productivity and streamline your workflow.

Clean, Fast, Beautiful
This is what I’ve been looking for. As someone that has used Evernote for other 15 years and dabbled in some Notion, I felt like something was missing.
I wanted a clean interface that allowed for easy formatting but also all the benefits of Notion’s way of navigating through workareas.
Craft did not disappoint, it is so clean and beautifully designed which makes it a pleasure to use. It’s also very fast and now available online so you can use on windows machines.
For me this is the future. Thank you!

Awesome!!
Being the cheap person that I am, I can honestly say that this is the most content that you will ever see, let alone get, from a free app. They listen to what you have to say and are constantly trying to make it better and fix things with frequent updates. The updates are mostly to add new features, so don't worry - it's not riddled with crashes and bugs and such. I highly reccomend this app. They even have their own picture gallery where you can type in a word in the search bar and tons of different images will come up! They have such a broad range of photos to choose from. Their secret is that the platform has all kinds of fun features but not to the point where you can spend hours rearranging and chaning fonts and adding clipart, or making letters dance (whatever that means), etc. There is plenty of customizing that you can do, but not so much to the point that you spend the next 6 hours creating an amazing looking page, but then never get around to doing what you were actually supposed to do. I can't be the only one who does that, right? Anyways, 5-star rating my friends!

Maybe the best app I’ve ever used
It’s so good I’m worried that they’ll change it! My main reasons for loving it are that, firstly, it seems to have been designed as an app first - meaning that it is consistent, smooth and enjoyable to use. Second, I love the way that you can work at different ‘scales’ as it were - from a quick scratchpad note to a formal worked up document. As somebody with ADD this is amazing, as is the ability to easily link docs together without having to settle on a hierarchy (though you can organise like that too with folders). Being able to quickly restructure and separate/emphasise information is so great. Honestly this is helping me think much more clearly. And I’m looking at the years worth of partial notes that I have and seeing that I could easily consolidate, develop and work them up using this app. And I love the daily notes, that you can see in a ‘stream’ in the context of your calendar events. It works extremely well, and feels almost exactly the same to use the app on iPhone, iPad and Mac - you feel like you’re working on the same material, rather than a mobile ‘version’. Tbh I’m not really doing justice to how good this app is here, but I’m rarely moved to write a review and felt I should in this case.

Impossible to adjust font size without changing behaviour
The default font size is small, and shockingly there is no way to increase it without changing the formatting to bold.
Update: they fixed their mistake
Update 2: they added the gesture back in. Now you can actually navigate the app. I am now a paying subscriber again due to this update
Update: cancelled my subscription and switched apps for now. Removing a gesture that helped you navigate is the reason for this review. For context: you used to be able to swipe down gesture from anywhere to get quick actions: go home, start a new note, go to today, etc. Now that gesture changes your Space (like a user account/AOR). So now if you’re buried deep in a note, you have to breadcumb navigate until you get home to start a new note. When you need to write something down, you don’t want a bunch of friction. Funny how a change that feels small makes such a giant different. Now navigating the app is a chore. I really don’t like it anymore since that gesture made up the inability to easily navigate. Now it’s just as hard to navigate as Notion (I guess worse since there’s no sidebar).

❤️ Craft!
Spring 2023 Update: Still loving Craft app; I seriously use it for ALL my notes multiple times per day now. One thing, why is “Craft for Web not available on mobile? I use my iPad 99% of the time. The Craft app is great, but I feel as though I’m missing out on some features, not being able to access the web app. It apparently requires some type of “License Key” which I do not understand. Fall 2022 update: I can't express how much I love this app! I'd give it 10 stars if it were possible. I'm using Craft constantly these days for so many things. Easy to get organized, and syncing between devices is instantaneous (so handy to have all my info both on iPad and iPhone). Customer Service is fantastic: I had an issue recently with a change they made regarding links; contacted them, and now there is an option to open in-app! Thank you, Craft Team! So many uses: to-do lists, toggle lists, organizing, research, general notetaking, ideas, recipes, saving websites, saving photos from web, etc. You can create PDFs, save to Cloud, and more with your documents and pages. Craft is well worth the subscription price (I rarely say that). Highly recommend Craft!
