Why do we have to login in every single time?
Unlike almost every other app on the App Store, this app makes me login every single time I want to use it. This is VERY annoying and it’s something easily corrected. But the worst part is that this has been the case since day one when the app was first released and to this day they have not cared to fix it.

Chatbot
This upgrade does not make sense. Why is the chatbot icon covering the basket and other icons. This makes you unable to access all the icons except for the home icon. If you are going to do an upgrade just get it done properly once and for all. This is nonsense, so frustrating
Useless
It kicks me out every time I open the app, I do the Face ID feature, logs me in and in less than a second, shows me briefly my information and then sends me back to the login screen. This app was never a good replacement of the card, (having to log in every time I use it) but now… it doesn’t event work like that. COMPLETELY USELESS TRASH.

Not user friendly
Every update, all my info disappears and I have to log in again.
Every time I switch club location, my cart is emptied, instead of the app just updating items and quantities.
Items rarely have full product info.
I hate Walmart but their app is a model product - y’all need to work on this because it’s just a hassle and makes me want to avoid Pricesmart.

It’s the website, not an app
Had to uninstall because its just the website, it can offer much more as a true app. I would so much like to get a notification when an item is back in stock.
Why do we have to login almost every time?
If we stop using the app just a few days the app makes you login every time. This is REALLY annoying and there is no reason that the app cannot behave like almost every other app.
At the very least activate FaceID so we don’t have to look up the membership number and password every single time.

It’s kinda useless
The only reason I use it is not to carry my card, it’s slow, logs out by itself, doesn’t have Face ID, and it has the options to see my purchases but it does not work.

Account not in sync when you log on online
Love the new look on the web , however accounts are not in sync. When I log in online I’m not seeing anything in my cart. But if I log in on the app I will see everything. If I add something on the web login it will not reflect on the app.
It would be hard to be any worse
If you thought it was anything close to Amazon, you will be in for a serious reality check.
I know it’s Latin America, but if this is best you can do, don’t bother. It just devalues what you offer.

Useful
I use this to order groceries for my family. Easy enough to use. The slide to add feature needs tweaking because the gesture isn’t working correctly. Cumbersome and useless.
But I get what I need, order for delivery, set delivery, and receive what I need. Pretty painless.
