Useful but frustrating
The app won’t remember my login information and I have to search for my membership number each time. Once you’re in it’s a normal shopping experience.
Stop forcing log in at startup
This app used to be good but a recent update made it so you have to log into your account every single time you open the app. It’s incredibly annoying when you want to open up the app and you have to manually log in every time when you have to present your membership at the entrance or to check out. This of course holds up the people behind you and sometimes the employee lets the person behind you go in front of you because the app takes forever to load after logging in. Please fix this.

Renew membership
It’s so hard to use especially when we don’t live in El Salvador I always try to do online shopping to deliver but now I’m having issues because I can’t renew my membership and they never answered the phone number it’s provided.
Can’t get in
I’ve tried everything I’m trying to spend $500 right now online with delivery. It keeps asking me for my invoice or my number I keep putting in numbers and nothing works. I tried to call they don’t pick up. This is such a joke. I’ve been five hours doing this five hours man.
Worst shopping app ever
Firstly, you must sign in every time you open the app, it does not remember users.
Secondly I ordered a $100 order for delivery to come at 2 PM. No order showed up and I got a text that night saying that there was an order waiting for me to pickup. I paid $8 extra for the delivery that never happened and have not been refunded.

The Login using Face ID feature has disappeared since this update. Please reinstate same

The app will not return to the search list after you view an item. You have to create a new search repeatedly just to find one item you want to purchase… I am a label reader. What a total aggravation! They also do not list weight or quantity. Crazy! Why would i spend $20+ dollars on one item without knowing how much I am going to get! Login and recent purchases need fixing
1. Getting into the store requires showing the membership. The issue is that the app logs out very often and it’s a hassle having to login every time I want to enter the store.

Renew membership
Absolutely impossible to renew membership online needs to be fixed , I know I can renew in the store but this needs to be fixed I just spent 30 minutes trying to renew online this is rediculous, FIX IT!!

This is the slowest responding app I have experienced in maybe a decade. Decent when it works but intolerable at other times. They clearly cut corners in development and server infrastructure.
