This is scam
I cancelled service. Received their response on email that service was stopped and still taking $20 from my account.
Also reason i cancelled was it inaccurately reads truck miles and got me two violations in NY weight station.
They charged me again and again and again. I have to cancel my debit card in order to stop them.

incorrect mileage
not reliable unlike keeptrucking. i was using keeptrucking before and I thought truckerpath eld pro would be better because truckerpath map is such a great product. i switched but regret.

Most ELD companies are the same what sets TruckerPath apart from the rest is the service they provide. Not sure about the other reviews but they alway answer when I call.

It’s a worst appt for electronic logs, it fails at all time and the customer support never answered the phone or emails . You will waste your money with these people

Lots of bugs no customer support. Every time keep saying server not respond!!
Horrible
I purchased 14 months of subscription from Trucker Path and after the update I’ve had nothing but problems with the new app. Impossible to get anybody on the phone and there is zero support. I was stopped last week and thankfully didn’t get a ticket from the officer due to the log books not being able to be signed and out of compliance. Please look elsewhere for Eld. Stay away from this company.

Worst ELD app
Customer takes forever to answer or they don’t answer at all. Device doesn’t track mileage or statuses correctly. Too many bugs. I’m going to another company.
Terrible
Is this company out of business? There are no reply to any form of communication. Terrible I will definitely make sure people don’t pay money to be ignored when they have issues.
