    I'd never been to therapy before, but I knew I needed help to maintain my mental health. Despite my skepticism, I came across this app in a moment of need. I enjoy the self-paced and self-help aspect of the app. The lecturers are fantastic, with a plethora of information and soothing voices. Download the app if you're thinking about it!

  • Best app for Mental Heath improvement!!!

    Sagapo is the perfect place to rejuvenate your soul and to experience the immense state of eternity. It is the best app for mental health and fitness I've known so far. This mood detection is beneficial to identify my mood during the day. I would love the food journal to see my eating habits. Not bad. I am eating healthy! :) Thank you Sagapo!

  • Therapy sessions

    Audio therapy sessions are more organizable, and these sessions are very easy to understand. We can go through these based on our problems and listen to these recordings anytime. Breathing techniques are well explained, and it is beneficial. It has improved my self-confidence. I can see my sleep and mental scores on the dashboard, and it has been improved. Sagapo definitely helped me, and I can see the big difference in my mental and physical health.

    It has many unique features like mood detection, group chat, health tracking, planner, etc. It is one of the best and affordable CBT apps in the market place. With the group chat, you can talk to other people with the same issues so that you feel more comfortable and get support from them, and also, you won’t feel alone in this pandemic time.

  • Helpful app for Anxiety

    I have suffered from stress and anxiety for the last couple of years. One of my friends recommended this app to me. After using it for a couple of days with all the therapy audio sessions, music, and guided breathing techniques, I started noticing minor positive changes in me. Now with regular use, I am really relaxed and less anxious.

    I am more organized with the help of a daily to-do list and less stressed with managing my time. More importantly, my kids are able to see their mom being happier and more optimistic about the world.
