Beware of this
It is very difficult to cancel. I cancelled over 6 months ago and they continue to bill me monthly for a line i have not used the last 6 months. I had to contact the credit card company to have a hold put on them for any future charges. Also be aware that the phone numbers are not real. Fir instance for Chicago they give you 312 555 1212. Not a real number. They give the same for all other numbers but change only area code. Call can not go through so if you try and cancel don't think you can call someone to discuss it and you don’t receive a cancellation confirmation. Im not even sure they respond to support emails. At least they haven’t for me. So i had to finally call the credit card company to stop their charges. Buyer Beware. I have been trying to reach FaxDeck for 11 days. I am unable to send or receive faxes. Even though their website claims they would reach out in 24h, no one has.mamutgamut

Simple and perfect
This app is exactly like the website. Very simple and easy to use. I work in Early Intervention dealing with sensitive information that can’t be emailed, fax deck solved a problem easily and conveniently. I also like the pricing, it’s very fair for what you get. You are able to keep contacts in the website that you frequently send faxes to. You also receive notifications to your email once a fax was sent successfully or unsuccessfully. There’s also an option to add another email to the list of notifications. I also like that I’m able to preview what was sent, with other fax websites that are free you aren’t able to see what was sent. Everything is conveniently there. So far I’m loving faxdeck. Easy Mobile Faxing!
I fax IFSP’s for my small business as a speech pathologist and this app is super convenient since I’m always driving all over the state. App is easy to use and service cost almost nothing! Really appreciate this app for mobile faxing. I always recommend this app and now all my colleagues use it!Calah P.
