Is there a waiting period?
I received the library card in todays mail and attempted to log into the app. Nothing but spinning on the validation screen. After 3 attempts I’ve given up.
App Keeps Crashing
App is great when it’s working! I can easily navigate to see my check outs with due dates, fines, and look up books to place holds. But more often than not the app crashes and I have to constantly delete the app and re-add to get it working again. I’ve had to do this multiple times just in the last week alone. Super frustrating and I hope it gets fixed.

Keeps Crashing
I love this app it helps me find books, put them on hold and notifies when ready for pick up. Sadly it keeps crashing to the point where it doesn’t even open up I also can’t save books that I already read which is a bummer as I like to keep track

I use this app weekly if not daily, however it will no longer open or do anything.
App is slow and crashes constantly
This all used to work but be INCREDIBLY slow. Now, it keeps crashing and I can't even open it. I have tried restarting my phone and uninstalling/reinstalling but it hasn't fixed it.
Won’t load card
Been trying for 45 mins to load my card on to the app. It’s absolutely useless without it
Useless
I can’t add my card to my account. The app just spins while saying ‘validating’. Tried multiple times even letting it go for over an hour. Tried deleting and reloading the app. Still nothing.
Terrible!
It won’t save my card at all! Just keeps spinning! Great idea horrible execution! Hopefully they fix it!
New user can’t login
Had to log into the website first on my computer to select a pin. Then I was able to log into the app with that new pin. Otherwise the app just locks up. Seems like a no brainer for the app to ask the user to create a pin if none exists when an account is added.
