  • Nice service

    I was hesitant to use it because it was installed for free by my HVAC contractor. But it's actually pretty cool and gives me data that my smart home thermostat doesn't give me (Nest).

    I can now see each time the furnace runs - number of minutes, supply temp, return temp. And since I don't have an air conditioner they set up the leak sensor to go under my water heater which I was looking to get one for anyway.
  • Awesome customer support

    Our Smart AC system was paid for by our Electrical Company. The contractor that installed it did a terrible job, left without explaining what was done, and direct connected a device to our router. When I got home from work and saw what was done I disconnected everything and called the contractor who didn’t return my call.

    After about 3 weeks of having the system turned off Smart AC proactively reached out to me to find out why the system wasn’t reporting in. They walked me through reinstalling it and fixed a credential problem caused by the contractor. They also helped me set it up via WiFi so that I could segregate the device from the rest of my network.

    Once I got it all set up, I was amazed at how cool this technology. But what was most amazing was the customer service….great customer service like this is rare today. Thank you SmartAC!
