White Screen When Launched
This app used to work. Now when you launch it, you just get a white screen.Richard in Austin, TX
New version is awful
There was nothing wrong with the previous 311 app and the new one is a downgrade. The first step is “what are you reporting” that does nothing. You still have to choose what you are trying to report. You can’t add a picture to the actual request, only at the first “what are you here for”. It’s clunky. I hope city of Austin didn’t spend a lot of money on this “upgrade” if so you wasted our tax money. Whoever chose this software made a mistake.Show lessHeathInATX
