Very unsatisfactory customer service
I never normally write reviews, but I purchased the premium a year ago and rarely used the application afterwards as I’d found much better apps and systems for finding good chord progressions. I didn’t know there was an auto renewal process and didn’t receive any lead up emails about it (I forgot this app existed), normally good companies will send follow up emails to customers who they see aren’t interacting with their product much and also a notice for auto renewal. I got none of that and was charged $99, I saw this on my bank statement the following day and emailed them asking if I could please refund and cancel as I haven’t used this app in so long and I had no idea about the auto renewal. Per their policy they don’t allow this even if it’s by one day, I’m cancelling immediately and I’m so irritated that they wouldn’t even allow me to pay for this month and refund the rest. It’s how these companies get you, and don’t truly care for their customers experience whatsoever.Show lessmaddi1345
Bad
Bought the premium subscription to transfer midi data. Saved 10 progressions that I would end up using. Open app the next day to start the process and all the progressions are gone. Went straight to cancel the subscription, are you kidding me?GameAndSongReviewer

Okay, so this app is perfect other than one thing. That thing is that the sound stopped working, and I will update this if it gets fixed. I highly recommend this app!Reviewer 003
Not a good choice of words
This app is great and all but to use any of the good features you instantly get a pop up window that displays 3 options to select from. $7.50/month if you pay annually for $80.99, $11.99 month 2 month OR “No thanks, I don’t want to improve as a musician” whoever thought that wording was the BEST for the last option is wild. Some of us want to improve as musicians but don’t have $90 or even $12 to be able to afford the premium features. I’m sure just a simple “No, Thanks” would be been good enough lol like y’all are mad petty for that.Show lessmcsauce_thedrummer
Cool app but the sound isn’t working
I downloaded this app today and the sound is already not working the premium thing is quite a disappointment because garage band has the same thing for free. I liked the chord progressions but please fix the sound.ieatkaka

It’s great- but not very many options-
Hiya! I got this app to improve as a musician- but Why would we need premium just to improve. It’s stupid- I’m really close to deleting the app- you should take away the “premium” thing- it’s stupid and not very many people will succeed as a musician with the paid premium- that’s all for now-TinyFluffyPuppy
