You cannot generate token except you go to the bank branch. What is convenient banking then? Just ridiculous!!!!!

For a bank this size to develop something this terrible is a shame. problem is they are not even paying attention to the comments section. The App cannot generate a token. It’s complicated to navigate and there is no where to input the token generated. Banking cannot be this hard. EToken issues
Hardware token keeps resetting every 3 months of no use and I have to physically visit a bank, now this EToken that would have resolved the issue does not work!!!! Like why roll out an alternative that doesn’t work? Not impressedBlazeman555

Useless app
I used to enjoy zenith bank mobile app not until now. U cant transfer more than 20,000 naira a day without an etoken. And the token app doesnt work on ios phones. Useless bank. I will keep removing 20,000 everyday from my account till i successively remove everything as i now reside in the states. RubbishShow lesskzmanager30
