App Kicks You Out - Corporate Has No Resolve
I’ve emailed with the local management team several times, they usually tried to suggest that I remove and re-download the app, try to create a new account, or use the “forgot password” feature. Finally, after several emails, I learned that the app removing users and claiming they don’t exist is a “global app issue”.
I’ve continued emailing with my local management team for resolutions but they continue to claim that an interim resolve is in the works. It’s been months, though? They can’t even pinpoint how many global users this has impacted.
I can’t login to the app, so I’ve lost the following features:
1. Send images and submit maintenance requests digitally
2. Input vehicle information digitally
3. Receive notice via email or the app on important community updates or notices
