    As a student, this app has helped me concentrate and be more mindful! I recommend to anyone looking to meditate!
  • Awareness overload

    Whenever I use the practices provided by Tamarkoz I fell relaxed and calmed for the next two days. In those days I am aware of what I am doing and feeling. My body is also more balanced since I sit more straight and pay more attention to my posture. This app provides a dot method that greatly improved my focus.

  • First Responder Stress Relief

    As a first responder during the pandemic, I have been put through an extraordinary amount of stress. Shift work and traumatic experiences have resulted in bad sleeping habits and mood swings. The Tamarkoz app and its content have helped me manage my stress levels. Especially the daily practice section has turned out to be most effective in relieving stress. The various stretches and breathing techniques are amazing. I just feel much lighter since I started. I have recommend this app to all my co-workers and friends.

  • Super Beneficial!

    So I don’t normally write reviews but this is worthy of a post. I have personally greatly benefited from this app and the exercises! I’m usually really busy each day, constantly juggling tasks, and this last year with the pandemic has added so much stress and anxiety to my already busy life. Tamarkoz was suggested to me and so I tried the meditation. I love it so much that I do it twice a day, and it has noticeable differences. Like I am super chill and happy throughout the day because I started the morning off with deep relaxation and visualization. My employees noticed a positive difference as well. There is stress relief exercises and others to help me focus better. And throughout the day, I feel pretty good. In the evenings, I practice the Tamarkoz meditation and the sleep well exercises and I sleep like a baby! All the activities of the day are grounded when I meditate and I have a clear mind when I am ready to sleep. Again, it’s been really wonderful, especially during this pandemic!

  • Best App all around

    I was introduced to Tamarkoz exercises about 2 years ago when I immediately noticed a change in my energy level, my mood and overall well being. I have since had the privilege of continuing with these exercises through the App and notice a steady improvement in my health, including un-interrupted sleep, Less muscle pain, less headaches, less stress, more clarity and tranquility in general. I have shared this App with many friends and patients of mine and strongly recommend it to anyone who is interested to improve their well being and overall health.

  • Tamarkoz

    Tamarkoz is a life saver. During quarantine, I’ve just been down in the dumps and overall it was a terrible time for me, as a teenager. I decided to pick up a hobby: meditation. Tamarkoz already had lives on Instagram which I could join. Most of the time, it wouldn’t fit my time schedule. I learned they had an app, and I haven’t stopped using it since. It has brought down my stress levels and I have become so happy with myself. Definitely worth it :D
