Absolutely worthless
I spent a solid 30 minutes just trying to register an account both by making one manually and using apple sign. When making it manually the “get code” will never send a code and appears to not even function. Then if you try using apple sign it it will just disable it after proceeding to making an account that way. At this point I’m convinced all the 5 star reviews are bot reviews as this app is incapable of functioning. Should the devs decide to fix it; I will consider changing my review.ThatGuyx79
Worked perfectly on 1st try
I don’t understand what’s with all se 1 star reviews. We got the chair today, and wanted to connect it to blue tooth. As soon as we turned the chair on, it flipped us backwards and started the massage, as expected. During the massage we downloaded the app. The app asked me to sign in, for which we used to the lower part of the page that said something like “other ways” and had an apple logo. Upon clicking that, it signed us in via apple login, and immediately recognized that the chair is running after allowing it to use the Bluetooth upon a pop up. On the screen we had time remaining and all the necessary controls which we could use on the fly. Bottom line is, everything worked! First try, no hassle.Machder

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews, the app works great, zero problems. Maybe it had some bugs in the past but I have the Favor 06 and the app works great with it.Holdmydyck
App works good chair is FANTASTIC
The app has a few rough edges but controls the chair perfectly. The chair is amazing and I am in disbelief that it doesn't cost more than it does. It is the best purchase I have made in a long while.majorgearhead
