ITS SO FAKE!!!

So I saw this app and I was like OH this is cool I wanna try it out well…haha it’s a lie.

InPulse gives a heart beat or BPM to anything that is the color red.

No joke try it out if you have something red, put it near your camera and it’s gonna say it has a heartbeat or a BPM last time I checked a red plate or a red crayon does not have a heartbeat or BPM.

No joke this is upsetting. There are some old people that put trust into things like this because they needed it. And yet you’re out here making them pay for an app that isn’t even giving them accurate information.

These are the questions I wanna ask to the developers:

Why publish this app if it’s going to lie to people?

Why make a premium that’s just still going to lie to people?

How much money do you make off the people that actually pay for the premium?
(or in a general sense how much money do you make from the app?)

How are you getting your information about the heartbeat or BPM.

(Because like I stated before, anything that is the color red will make it start showing a heartbeat or BPM including inanimate objects red paper a red plastic bowl, a red ceramic bowl and a red plate yes those are things. I’ve actually used to test the app.)

Ps: sorry for rambling on, but I’m just curious. this ain’t right listen if you know better do better don’t scam people

Doesn’t Work Offline

While working far from cell service, I started to feel nauseated and light-headed. I sat down in the shade, got a drink of cool water, and pulled out my phone to use this app to check my heart rate and blood pressure. I was sure that both were high, and I wanted to track them and make sure I didn’t go back to work too soon. Nada. The app doesn’t work at all if it can’t connect to the Web. As with many other apps, I had expected to be able to record data whenever and wherever I needed to and load it whenever I returned to fast wifi. Nope. Besides, because it won’t work if it can’t connect it will be eating up your data plan whenever you use it without wifi.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your experience. Unfortunately, our app requires an internet connection to function. However, we understand the importance of offline usability, especially in critical situations like yours. Besides, we’d like to note that our app is not designed for medical purposes but is intended for fitness use and as a source of general health information. Hello! Our app is based on contact photoplethysmography. You may find this information in the FAQ section of the application. The algorithm detects variations of light absorption caused by arterial blood-volume pulsations. Your results may vary due to your stress levels, general state of your body, etc. Please note that the app is not designed for medical purposes.

Inpulse

It could be better by being free so a lot more people can get the help they need but if they can’t or don’t like the hospital

Lots of ads

Lots of pop up ads and premium features showing

Hello! We are sorry for this, but to continue work on this app we need revenue from Ads. Ads allow you to use the premium features of the app for free. If you would like to remove ads, you should start a paid subscription. Thanks for your understanding!

Terrible customer service Don’t waste your time here

I was billed on Monday, September 16 for this account and I forgot to cancel. So right then I canceled it and received a confirmation the account would close on September 18, 2024. I was billed on again on Thursday, September 19. I emailed the site advising the account had been closed and I sent a screenshot showing the confirmation I received on Monday, September 16, 2024 advising it would close on September 18, and second screenshot showing a transaction was pending. I had asked that I be refunded when the transaction posted. In stead of an apology I got a copy of the rules and I will post them. These people didn’t acknowledge my two previous emails at all. I hope the response was from some AI and not a person because if it is he/she is an idiot. I couldn’t copy the email or the confirmation of cancellation here. Do not waste your time with this site. I only used it once and forgot about it so I can’t confirm anything else about the site.

Response from developer

Hello! Thank you for sharing your experience, and we apologize for any confusion. From the receipts we’ve received, it appears that only pending transactions were recorded. As a result, our system continues to attempt to collect the owed amount until it is fully processed. If you are experiencing concurrent charges and the money is being deducted after cancellation, please reach out to our support team again at support@aiby.com and we’ll do our best to ensure this issue is addressed properly.
