Auto renewal annually successfully but still requested to buy
My latest expiration is on 10/10/2025,first time to use the app today since renewal from 10/10/2024.Contacted customer service now,unfortunately they don’t work in weekend,that’s even worse service than last contact when same issued happened.
Unbelievably,this tech company can’t fix this simple issue for years,how they can sell the product through Apple Shop?
