Monthly fee for paying the Water Service
This is outrageous, a monthly fee for using your card to pay the water bill. There is not an option either on the kiosk nor the app to make a payment free of charge.
UPDATE
For anyone who’s having trouble with the app. I’ve been having issues as well, the fix is you need an updated phone or iPad. I now use my iPad to pay and it works. You have to push the meter button first, once it’s done blinking then you have to literally be next to the meter while the app downloads the info through bluetooth or Wi-Fi. The payment will pop up and there you go
