Everything works fine, I love the fact that I can review what I have spent in the past as well as when the machines have finished.
I also think it’s great that there are multiple ways of accessing the machines.awesomelly Terrible

I love that I pay and track what’s going on in the laundry room all from my phone!
The only reason that it’s not 5 stars is that sometimes the “My Cycles” feature isn’t always working properly, but I can still check my laundry by looking at the room status.PowerSocks
False advertisement
They have advertised at the washer and dryers that you would receive a $5 credit for downloading the app. That’s a lie… they never gave me a credit and now they won’t refund my money that I loaded. Now I have to dispute it with my bank. I also took a picture of the sign because I had I feeling they were lying about it. Once I emailed them that I never received the credit and wanted my money back, they said that it was only for a limited time. On the poster, there was no notation of a limited time or and end date.Show lessAllisonm717
