  • Violated

This app is a blatant rip off. It does not let you know that the app costs money and after you click on download you get a $150 bill. It is set up to trick you.
    Absolute terrible and upsetting.
  • Fraud

I clicked on your app and it said pay 7.99 I didn’t purchase this app and would be greatful for refund. I have contacted the bank for fraud as I never purchased this app and doesn’t even show on my phone screen.
  • Refund me SCAM

My daughter by accident (6yr old) purchase this as she just pressed free trail, this is a rip-off and I want this transaction cancelled but no go!!! Do not get caught by this ! I did not even down loaded the app! Reported to my bank and Apple!!!!
  • Scam! Do not download

This is an utter scam. You download the app for free but as soon as you open it it charges you $149!!! I am shocked at how blatant this scam is.
I have written to the developer to demand a refund. This is nothing to do with Apple, this is the way the app is designed to do this to you.
    Don’t download this.

  • Jakal702 is right

This app is a scam. When you open it up. There’s a big yellow continue button and a lot of fine print. If you click continue, it automatically brings up thumbprint confirmation to sign up for the subscription. If you press cancel it offers a 3 day free trial that will start to charge you automatically after the trial ends. There is no way into the promised content except through subscribing or signing up for a free trial. Bottom line: this app is NOT free. You’re better off downloading Prisma if you want to make photos look like art.

  • Rip off

    Such a rip off
They advertise that it ia free. Takes your pic and you ready to see it and if you click on it it will charge you 119$ for a a year. Such robbers
  • ⚠️ RIP OFF ⚠️

Total scam. As soon as you enter the application it charges $150!!! Not even worth one star. The editing tools aren’t even that good and a proper subscription to a proper photo editor is maybe even cheaper. NO ONE DOWNLOAD THIS PLEASE !! DONT MAKE A STUPID MISTAKE LIKE THE REST OF US
  • Scam that doesn’t even deserve one star

I downloaded this app. I immediately opened it in hopes to play around with it and see if I liked it. BUT, I didn’t get that opportunity.
When I opened the app, the screen ONLY gave the option of pressing “continue.” I kept trying to tap anywhere else, and nothing was happening.
    So, I pressed continue.
HUGE mistake! The moment I lifted my thumb, I was charged just over $95!!! What?!?! Are you kidding me?!?!
I absolutely did NOT want to make a purchase! I wasn’t even given an option to cancel it!
Do NOT give me the same ridiculous reply you gave someone else - trying to blame it on Apple. It was YOUR app that didn’t have any other option upon opening it for the first time!
    Free? Absolutely NOTHING was free!
    You scammed me, and others.
I’m demanding my money back. AND, warning others.
Fix your app, or BE HONEST and tell people it’s $89 plus taxes!!!!
But, no matter what, I WILL get my money back. This is unbelievable.

Update- there is no way to cancel this subscription.
I am on a FIXED INCOME!
I’ve already reached out to an attorney. The developer CAN be sued for false advertising and more.
Please, unless you don’t mind being swindled out of your money, avoid this app like you’d avoid making out with someone who has COVID-19!

Hello! You will need to manage your enabled subscriptions in your Apple ID account. Since our software is subscribed through the Apple App Store, the subscription feature is not a program feature of Quick Art, so we have no right to cancel the subscription for you. • The app is not free

The ad to this app said that it is free. That is a lie. This is one of those apps that it you have to pay a certain amount of money a month to use. You should update the ad to this app if you still have to pay. Downloading the app might be free, but actually using the app isn’t and somewhere in the ad it should state that. I see that nowhere in the ad and if it’s free to download it saves money, but your actually playing on the app so saying that you will need to pay a certain amount of money a month to pay then the ad should state that. I can’t rate the app because I can’t use it because it cost money.🙄

  • Managed a free trial for 3 days - still not worth it!

I didn’t get caught on the 1 year subscription for $150 like other thankfully! I carefully clicked no but I got a “free gift” of a 3 day trial with $12 a week after that.
This is such a money making scheme! Honesty a subscription to adobe is nearly cheaper!
The app is honestly terrible -so many other apps do the exact same thing. This was advertised as an app that can turn your photos into a cartoon which I wanted for branding for social media - if it had been able to do that I would have paid $12 for a few selfies to be converted but it just did that pop art thing. So so glad I didn’t pay! Cancelled the free trial right away!
