Motion detection not working
Motion detection doesn’t work. What is the point of having one if I can not know when there is somebody in the house? Fix the problem please

Who allowed this rubbish to be put on the app store?
I had the misfortune to download this app in the hope of using it to install a camera onto my Grandson’s train set. Not only did it not work but it crashed my new Ipad pro. Now even though i have deleted it it shows on the app store as open but no matter what i do it won’t open. Have Apple stopped checking what they allow to infest the app store?

Newest update broke alarms
Ever since the latest update, my alarms do not work anymore. This ap was poorly designed in the first place and now is really junk.

The unit itself seems very well built but the app does not work
This is the most frustrating app I’ve used. It works sometimes but then crashes and can takes ages of playing to get it to partially work again. Does not save changes. Save your money and avoid

Doesn’t work
This is rubbish -it’s impossible even to set up. I am sending it back.
Disastrous
This is by far the worst app I have ever put my hands on. Did a 5 year old whose currently learning coding built this app? There is nothing positive about this app and frankly why do you put this garbage out for users to use? I would understand if we just started using application but apps have been around for over a decade and this is the best you can do? This is terrible and I feel like I have wasted money on my mini HD camera because I can’t use it without this application. I have spent two days playing with the app to get my cameras to connect and it’s like I’m try to launch a rocket to the moon. Stop giving customers garbage to use please. This is an elementary school project at best. Thanks for the garbage and now I have lost 200 dollars on 4 cameras that I can’t use. Chinese built garbage
