Need help
I got about 5 of these mini cameras and I can’t access them when I need to. It freezes and when They do work it takes forever to get a picture. Is there another app that works with these cams or just this app. Cause I need faster viewing when I want to view.

Won’t connect to WiFi. I did not receive a QR code with it. Waste of time and money. Don’t buy 😡
Doesn’t work
Initially it connected but kept cutting out. No use when out and about as I had no signal which is the whole point. After a couple of hours it crashed completely. Now I keep getting an error and the camera will no longer connect at all to the app. Tried contacting support but so far only a response for order number which I gave them, but so far nothing to fix the issue. What a shame, waste of time.

After finally getting the camera paired to phone it only lasted about 15 minutes. Highly disappointed.....and who’s not going to notice a camera lens , albeit small , on your wrist as a watch . Two big thumbs down

Crap gadget waste of money
It’s almost impossible to connect the camera to my phone I’ve been trying for 2 days. Initially it connected straight away after an hour stopped working and I have not been able to reconnect it since

It worked once and now it is a problem to get my mini spy cam it won't even connect no more why?
No technical support - RETURN CAMERA
I was about to return this camera before I finally got it paired with the app. It worked for about 10 minutes and then went offline. I was unable to reconnect to the camera, so I did a full reset. Now the camera is connected to the app, and I have audio, but the video is just grey. Cannot find any tutorials online, and the app offers no help. Developer desperately needs to provide some walkthroughs and answers for common problems. Would not buy again, if these things are not addressed!

App is terrible, hard to sync app with phone
I’m still trying to sync the app with my phone and camera. I’m not real savvy with tech stuff but I can usually figure it out. This one is not so easy.

The AP & camera is junk! Terrible instructions, doesn’t pair, always goes offline. Total piece of crap!
