Helps keep track of my simple six workout
Very good programs tricky to customize
It might be my age - really like the access to online weight training programs - I had a hard time customizing the program I chose (simple six) - the on line support was amazing and I was able to figure out the tricky part of the customization and I am very happy with the result.

I use this for 5BX but it offers so many great workouts..no other app like this, very easy to use and well designed
Great Workout App
I have access to some amazing workout books through this app! Really enjoying Don John Hardstyle Kettlebell Challenge book in app form can carry it to every workout and keep a log.

I use the app for the simple six program. The last couple days I can’t research new programs. The app crashes when looking for new workout routines. Overall happy but please fix the bugs so that I can use other programs - thanks
App issues, but....
An update. I'm still trying to fix app crashing problem, but support response on the double charge was blazingly fast. So, if I can get app to run, I'll see how other workouts work. It may just be that Stew Smith workout app just isn't great. I'm a big fan of great support, so giving this another go. Four stars just based on support.

App crashes every time I attempt to use it. Browsing and searching for workouts churns and never loads, and also crashes app. I ordered two of Stew Smith's workouts, only got one. Got charged twice for the one I did get. The video clips in the workout just hang. Didn't receive the associated PDF I allegedly paid for. Can find no way to download that. Dreadfully sorry I took a chance on buying a workout through this app. Now trying to get my money back on the overcharge and wondering if I should get all my money back since app is unusable. Right now I'm out $60 and will be extra annoyed if I have to initiate a chargeback on my credit card. We will see if customer service is better than app. Seriously unimpressed.

Best APP ever
This APP is not just for Isochain or even isometrics.
I have built the APP into my complete training program of Isokinator, Bullworker, Isochain, Kettle bells and weights.
The timer and data entry allows you to watch your progress.
Absolutely love this APP and there's more to come.
