I can’t even connect my camera or go pro what ever you would like to call it.The app does not let me if I tried to do it through the WiFi it still doesn’t work it just keep on loading and than kicks me out of the app😐.

App freezes when trying to connect to camera via Wi-Fi. Tried on two devices.
Good hardware. Sucky software.
I have no problem with the camera itself. The controls are fine and video is great. The app however sucketh. Getting it to connect to the phone is cumbersome but ive figured out a way to connect (usually). Saving videos to the phone absolutely does not work. It goes through the action of transfering and then just quits. Its nowhere on the phone but it shows up as data inside the app and in ios settings. Also the only way to clear that useless data is to wifi connect to the camera and go to settings on the phone inside the app. I can get the vids to the conputer with the cable though. And yes some of the warnings or instructions are in chinese of which i speak nada. So camera 4.5 stars. App 2.

Doesn't work with the app.
I purchased this camera brand new in 2020. I've used it 3 times. It connected to my phone when I first got it. Now it doesn't work. It says successful connection to wifi in my phone settings, and on the camera in wifi mode. But nothing happens in the app. Tried to email Remali customer service, hopefully I'll get a reply, but I doubt it.

Clunky and some stuff in Chinese
The app is a bit clunky, takes a while to load and movies take forever to download but good to have and manage the camera form your phone. Some instructions and prompts show up in Chinese characters making whatever I tried to do undoable. Please fix. Also movies take hours to download and need to keep the app open. Making it difficult to clean up data on the Memory card.
