This app needs work
This app isn’t terrible nor is it great. First the date doesn’t match the day of the week. It also sporadically pauses and freezes during use.
Fix the date issue and the lose of connection and it would be great.

Got this to pair with my XGear bike.
It turns on, tracks my progress, but when I finish and try to upload my data it quits the app out of nowhere and loses all my data. (Has happened multiple times, not just once).
Useless.
This app and tracking progress was a huge reason I got TheXGear bike over others but this app flat out DOES NOT WORK, so the bike is useless for anything other than being a bike.Show lessQuick review 10/15
Doesn’t support iPad
This app needs to support iPad and side-by-side apps so that we can training and watch videos. Now I have to put both my phone and iPad on the bike.Tony12355326

iOS 14 Issues
When I try to pair the XGEAR Spin Bike with my phone it prompts me to turn on Bluetooth. My Bluetooth is on and I’ve tried reinstalling the app. I’ve checked the permissions as well and I enabled Bluetooth so not sure what’s going on.Efrain Lugo

Original issue: Not sure what the app is this I purchased xgear spine bike and have to use this app, but I never able to login to the app, it sends a verification code to the email you added but for me it never sends the code tried with couple of different email, no use and the timer runs out in 60 second. What a crap app how do I signup?
Update: Thanks for the XGear team to promptly responded for the issues with login. Now I’m giving 4 stars for this app, 1 star less for intermittent Bluetooth connection drop. Thanks again.Show lessAneeshmathew
