Two Years Since Last App Update
It has been over two years since the last update to this app. New products have been rolled out since this last update. Buds 2 Pro’s provide superior sound performance across the industry and are used across many platforms. However, for the customer to take advantage of Buds 2 Pro superior performance it is imperative the customer has access to the controls for and information provided by the Buds 2 Pro product.
I think I can speak for many, if not all, customers who have voiced their frustration in these comments that an update of this IOS app is overdue and very much needed. Buds 2 Pro customers should be afforded the opportunity to experience the full range of Buds 2 Pro performance as those customers on the Samsung Galaxy platform.
I am writing today not to moan and complain but to offer you a solution. I am retired and have nothing but free time on my hands. I would be happy to update your app so that your IOS customers, and I fall into that category, can experience the full range of the Buds 2 Pro performance they expected when they purchased your product. Yes, all of this would be done under the appropriate NDA’s for for software development. Think of it as a crowd sourced app update for the benefit of all. I offer my services, what say you?

Usual useless Samsung
Samsung have been making subpar products for quite sometime from my perspective. It’s got bells and whistles but they tend to fall apart rather quickly.
I came back to Apple and have some Galaxy Buds 2s which only came out in 2021 of which this app doesn’t support and as far as I can tell, no app does from Samsung on an iPhone. These are best used with a Samsung phone to get the best out of them, yes and I did have a Samsung S22 Ultra for a year and hated it. I however would like to be able to use them properly on an iPhone, seeing as I bought them and all. As Apple won’t get battery life of products that aren’t apart of their ecosystem which is honestly a tad rubbish. But Samsung makes an app for only 2 of their audio devices and then neglects the app for over 2 years.
This is a shining example of why Samsung honestly should actively be avoided.

Works well
The buds themselves are fantastic, got the live buds free with my Samsung phone at the time, anyway I’ve gone over to Apple and wanted to continue using these buds. Downloaded this app and followed instructions. Piece of cake. The idiots leaving negative reviews are not following directions correctly. You have to pair the buds in settings as well even if it shows paired. There should be 2 paired at the same time to work. To the developers, nice job on the app…5 stars from me!

Why can’t Apple make Samsung headphones shapes for people that have disability ears
So I’m a girl that has a smoothie and a biggie and I’m just coming on here to say why can’t you make a good app for Samsung for iPhone? If people can’t buy the Samsung phone because apples cheaper and just gonna say this please make the alphabet better to connect to FE headphones.
Never had an issue with this app
While the experience of the galaxy buds are much better on a Samsung device, they still work extremely well and even auto connect to my phones Bluetooth majority of the time, making the experience almost seamless, the app actually works really well and I’ve never had an issue, so many 1 star reviews. It’s unfortunate. I’d blame Apple for your compatibility issues as Samsung makes it easy.

Not working
Does not support the galaxy buds 2 can we please get this fixed I love the galaxy buds it’s a great produckt and ide like to keep using them even on the iPhone
It’s okay but
There’s one thing I don’t understand is like when you pay so much for like Galaxy Buds but they’re made in 2019 for some reason so compatible the app I tried like multiple times but it’s just not a common and there’s one thing I think there’s a reason for this, is that the chip the chip that they use in 2019 is not compatible with the comment and I really want them to fix it but I’m mean for now shock it’s okay I mean it’s really okay

Switching
I recently switched from samsung to ios and i can’t connect my buds to the app. it pairs with my phone but not the app. they’re the samsung galaxy buds2. Improve your app samsung!!!
Won’t update
Hey I really enjoy using the earbuds but for some reason the app won’t update them as it just keeps saying can’t connect to server, I have reset the app and earbuds and re-downloaded the app to.

Doesn’t work with galaxy buds 2 on iPhone
Really annoying to work and then find out that the app doesn’t work with the galaxy buds2 on an iPhone so I’m unable to track and customise my earbuds. Really disappointing for such a big brand. Update- it’s been almost a year and still no update to the app, unable to customise Galaxy buds 2 on iPhone, extremely disappointing that they only allow pairing of the beans and pros when they offer so many other earbuds. Frustrating and disappointing.
