App can’t find buds

Hey, rather than trying to trouble shoot uneducated users to an unsuccessful conclusion….maybe just get your programming minds together and develop the app so that it works seamlessly.

As a customer, we just want to buy, download and use. After paying the high price for the product, we should not be left with frustration of troubleshooting what should “ just work”

Just saying

Couldn’t Update Software

After countless attempts over 6+ months I still cannot update the software on the Galaxy Earbuds from my iPhone. I forever get the error message “Couldn’t update software. There was a problem connecting to the server. Try again later.” I’ve reset the device, removed the Bluetooth connections, deleted and reinstalled the Galaxy Earbuds software in countless combinations. I really want this software to work as I love the buds. They need updating as they are having connection issues with my iPhone.

My Galaxy Buds Live can’t update to latest software version!

I have my blue Galaxy Buds Live for 3?years now. The first year everything worked fine you updated the App regularly and updates on my Galaxy Buds live was twice a year up until last year when you Samsung haven’t updated your iOS App in a long time. Now I cannot even update my Galaxy Buds Live to the latest update. I did all the required steps I put the ibuds Live in charging case waited til at least 50% charged than opened the case than I opened the App to start the software update of the buds live then a window pops up connection error a connection to the server could not be established please Check your wireless connection! I checked my wireless connection and tried several time to update the software of my Galaxy Buds live, it always showed the same message connection error! The buds cannot connect to the server! There must be something wrong at your end Samsung cause my WiFi/W-LAN connection is working
properly without any problems. Perhaps you should update your Galaxy Buds App for iOS more often. I witnessed that you haven’t updated the App on a very very long time!

Hi there! So far, the Galaxy Buds app in iOS supports only two models, the Buds+ and Buds Live. We'll let you know if there's any update on the matter. Thank you for your query.

Best in ear headphones ever

After trying apple AirPods Pro and several a-jays in ears, I finely found the best in ears. Akg know how to do headphones as these are nearly as good as the over ears I have from them. I downloaded the buds app and they connected easily and they options are great and this is off an iPhone 12. Very highly recommend. Just have to adjust them when placed in the ear for the sweet spot then don’t touch them and you will be happily walking around with best sound that Apple wishes they could do. Yes the shape is obviously best for certain ear shapes but my advice is don’t force them in as they stay in fine with a gentle insertion but that is subjective. AKG clearly know what they’re doing. Didn’t experience any connection or non functions also like I’ve read from other reviews so I guess I’m very lucky.

Not a good app

I just got some galaxy buds pro (1) and it said that it doesn't support them.
I think that if you are going to make an app for ear buds then at least make them compatible

Budd

Why don’t you guys have the Samsung Buds Pro ?

Dear user, Galaxy Buds Pro support is not available at the moment, we'll get back to you if there's any update on the matter. Thank you for your comment.

Does not connect with my model SM—R190

Does not connect so I cannot change settings. I cannot turn off the ambient sound, sounds like I’m listening to music in a hurricane

Hi there, we apologize for the inconvenience but Galaxy Buds Pro support is not available at the moment, we'll get back to you if there's any update on the matter.

Functionally useless.

Seems that the developers aren’t in any rush to make this app useful at all. I recently bought the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and cannot pair them with my iOS device within the application to take advantage of any in-app functions. Considering I paid $350 AUD for the earphones, one would hope that I would have the ability to skip the current song without having to pull my phone out of my pocket. Maybe I’m just asking too much.

Complete and utter garbage.

This app is absolutely not fit for purpose in any way, shape or form. My partner and I both have Samsung earbuds, neither of which can be picked up on this useless app despite following all of the steps provided, meaning I can’t use all of the functions that come with my earbuds, meaning I’ve been absolutely conned out of my money thanks to Samsungs false advertising. You need to address these issues being raised and make the app actually functional in iOS instead of ripping people off and making out all of the functions are available when they aren’t. Total garbage.

Dear user, we apologize for the inconvenience but could you please let us know your Buds and iPhone model? Please note that this application is for Galaxy Buds+ & Live which works with iPhone 7 and later models; the older generation of Galaxy Buds and iPhones are not supported due to compatibility limitations.

Worst app for galaxy buds for iPhone compatibility

This app has been been made so lazily and poorly.
First of all, it doesn’t support older generations and the normal galaxy buds can’t be connected.
Secondly, there are only 2 headphones that you can connect to. And I’m furious as I have a Galaxy Buds2 pro. This probably works good for people with the galaxy buds+ and live but he’ll no. If I could, I would have put a 0 star review for this app as it doesn’t get updated at all and the headphones that are available are ridiculous as there is only 2. 2! If you want to have touch control on your galaxy buds, it’s press the bud to switch from the transparency mode to noise cancelling, a tap to pause and a double tap to decline calls.
