  • Menu incomplete compared to website “app”

    It’s really frustrating to see that only half of the menu shows up on this app on my phone versus what shows up on the “interactive phone” on my computer. And it’s even more frustrating that I can’t login into my account on my computer, because it says I already have an account but won’t let me use a password (I logged in on my phone using gmail).

  • Frustrating user experience

    There's some odd logic to the order of operations with this app. To log in, it makes you put in your email and password (makes sense), then it emails a code you have to verify BEFORE it tells you the password is incorrect. It also required the same ofe before I realized I already had an account. Then I encountered issues changing my password. And now whenever I navigate the app, it's consistently giving "token not found" errors or just flat out crashing.

    Another poor user experience and design element is when searching for a restaurant. It's only letting me search around my current location, but I'm trying to search around my destination. And when I manually move the map around, there's no way to set the location so it searches from there.

    All in all a very disappointing experience using the app. Definitely the least user friendly and helpful among all ordering apps I've used. Will be uninstalling and using another app. Shame that the poor app quality could be affecting the business restaurants get.
