User Friendly Fertility app
My company offers fertility benefits through Stork Club and the app is a great addition to their offerings. Easy to use, quick responses, and all my interactions with the staff at Stork Club have been great. My only feedback is I would love to have more payment options for any balances.

Overall great, would like to see some features added
This app is really easy to use. I like that I can easily schedule a call with an expert whenever I need to. However, I would like to schedule with more than 1 expert in a category at a given time to get different opinions. For example, when I had an upcoming call scheduled with a child sleep expert, the app would not give me the option to schedule another call with another child sleep expert. Also, there was a glitch once when I wanted to schedule a call with any expert under Newborn care and the app wouldn’t let me, but after I reached out to my Care Navigator for assistance, the app was fixed. My Care Navigator is very responsive!

The Stork Club app is so user friendly and easy to navigate. I love that I can click right into talking to my Care Navigator anytime or set up a call with a nutritionist or child sleep expert! So easy!
