  • Intuitive and easy to use app

    I really enjoy using this app and having this resource. My wife and I have been talking to child sleep coaches and we are able to speak to as many as we want as much as we want and they’ve been super helpful in getting our baby to sleep through the night!

  • Great platform, room for growth

    I've had a positive experience with this fertility platform. The response times are impressive, resources provided are extensive, and the user interface is remarkably user-friendly.

    It would be beneficial to see regular updates on contacts and an expansion of informative pamphlets. These additions would contribute to the platform's overall excellence.

    Overall, a great tool with the potential for even greater impact through thoughtful updates.

    The app is really informative and super easy to use. All the info you need is categorized in an accessible and engaging format.

    1. There should be a tab for “contact” stork club with either a email, phone number or link to messaging portal. Messaging is the only option? 2. There should be a better way to find invoices or bills due. Having to find the paperwork and invoice in notifications that say “no new notifications” is not helpful. 3. When you get an email alert about a message, you click on email link and it opens up the or club homepage, not the message. 4. Our first scheduled video call failed for an unknown reason. I took off work and waited the whole time without any information on getting a hold of anyone. We sat and waited and nobody showed up. After 20 minutes we got a message saying you didn’t show up for the meeting and to reschedule. Not sure what the problem was. Not a good first experience due to tech. 5. Invoices should tie in with health care provider with breakdown of service if possible with details on date of service and what was performed. 6. Please let us pay with a credit card. It’s 2022. 7. I don’t like have my partner and I having different messaging portals. I get there is privacy but it’s be nice to have messaging portal with my partner and I with a stork rep. Otherwise, communication is difficult. Maybe allow a “add spouse” option in conversation. 8. Having your employer PDF coverage guide on homepage would be valuable. 9.   • Fantastic benefits and app experience

    I’m so happy to have fertility benefits and support through my employer. The app is easy to use, I’ve requested an appointment with a provider in my neighborhood and I’m just waiting to hear back. Such a great way to start 2020!

    The Stork Club app is easy to navigate. It is comforting to have different experts to speak with no matter what questions or concerns I have. I look forward to continuing the app for all stages of pregnancy and child care as needed!
  • Love having all experts available via video!!

    I take appointments with the Obgyn whenever I want to make sure I have answers and care without waiting for weeks! Our company already provides fertility benefits and I’m planning to start using them in a few weeks. It’s super helpful to see the best fertility clinics in my area and to message with my Care Navigator- she’s been super helpful!
