Banking app
Thank goodness you came up with something better than on line banking. My stress level has dropped immensely.
I don’t like this app. Old one worked better.
Seems like we took a step backwards. I cannot get my balance text to me every morning anymore. Plus if transactions are turned sometimes it text a whole bunch of text at once.

GSB New APP / Customer Service
I LOVE the new app. It takes a little getting used to but the capabilities are amazing. I love how it gives you a snapshot of transactions across all accounts...ease of viewing specific accounts and so much more. It’s 100% than the last app.
At first I had trouble signing into the app and understanding a few of the features...but Christian in customer service was extremely helpful, courteous and professional in getting me signed in and showing me the ins and outs of the new app.
Change can sometimes be frustrating but to me it shows that our bank is always looking for new and better ways to better serve their customers. Grand savings bank has provided exceptional service and I especially love how - no matter the location - that the staff always remember my name.

Why change if it wasn’t broke?
Do not find this new app an improvement! Not user friendly at all! Sometimes simple is better!
Update?
Cannot see anything. This app says it requires an update that don’t exist.
Not good
Can’t open the app for it asking to update it, I just got it, and it won’t let me update it
I want OLD Version back
I’m not at all happy with new version of app. Not user friendly at all.
Now I can’t even use it. I try to open app-it says it needs to be updated. I hit “update button and it takes me to App Store and there is no update. I hit open and it opens app and we start the process over again as it says app needs to be updated. I can’t get into my account. Messed up. Worthless.

Frustrating
First of all, the app stopped working so I called my bank to find out what was going on. They told me they now have a new app. This information would have been nice to know beforehand. So I downloaded the new app. When trying to use it, it locks up and says there is an update available. The problem is, there is no update. Everything is dumb.

Not liking
Downloaded the new app. Today it said I had to update the app in order to use. Clicked on update and it took me back to App Store and not update. This is crazy. I hope they get the bugs fixed
