All you need to do is download the free Regional West Connect app. You also have the option to purchase a TytoCare kit to enhance your visit. The kit includes equipment so providers can do a basic medical exam through the camera on your smartphone. Using the equipment, they can listen to your heart and lungs, take your temperature, and check your ears and throat. Wifi Internet service (or your cell phone’s hot spot) is needed to fully utilize the equipment in the TytoCare kit.
