I could not be more pleased with the Coach Madelene app! Not only is it so easy to use, but I have access to Coach Madelene 24/7 whenever I need anything. My favorite part of the app is being able to just show up to the gym ( or at home) everyday and not have to think about a thing because Madelene has already prepared my workout for me for the day! Not to mention, she has even added in a way to keep me accountable on all of my healthy habits (and some that I didn’t even know I needed)!!
