Great app
I had some trouble getting it to work in the beginning but they helped me work it out. I think Danni’s yoga is the best. I saw him on the asana rebel app and wished they had more of him so I looked into him personally and discovered he had his own. Wish I had known before purchasing asana rebel. Danni talks you through while doing the poses. He reminds you of everything you body should be doing. I am 49 and started doing yoga in my 40s. Always with an app. No time to drive to classes. This is the most effective yoga. Even with the simplest class my body feels the work the next day. Makes me want to do more.Show lessKharrazi
Problems
Something is wrong with this app. It says you can explore the app or join. It won’t let me join. And I was able to explore once and not anymore. It is very inconsistent. Maybe it needs an update? I am looking into joining because I liked his classes on asana rebel. I just want to check out the app more before I decide.Show lessGreat yoga app for beginners and regular daily practice
I have come across yoga as a way of postcovid recovery practice where the usual workout routines proved too hard ans counterproductive. I found Danni on Asana Rebel but figured out it fits me better than any other app, because of the detailed instruction and precision of movement, the focus on the breathing. I have kept it up doing just this app as my everyday morning routine for years, also as I went back to running. I learn new details every time I go through the routine even if I had done it many times before. Danni’s human touch is an inspiration and motivation.Show less98737448255
