Absolute Garbage
I am a huge Diablo series fan since the very first Diablo was released in 1997. This one though is not a game. It’s a job! It either becomes your ENTIRE LIFE or you are not going anywhere. Every time you switch it on there will be countless rewards, notifications, events etc. to keep clicking it off for as long as 15 minutes before you start playing! Diablo was always about slashing monsters in search for items. This one’s about running from one NPC to another in town and pointless rewards acceptance clicking every day. There is so much of those it’s impossible to comprehend it all. I am a company director and have to say running a business is nothing comparing to how much time this game consumes and you still cannot explore it all. I want a game to cool off from work. Not to keep working all the time just switching from reality to virtuality. Blizzard - you have lost a faithful for over 2 decades fan. I do not even get an impression that I play Diablo in this one. Rather WoW in Diablo scenery. What a disappointment! Stop releasing games with titles from some franchise that has nothing to do with it. And you bet you won’t receive any payments from my end from now on. I won’t be supporting this nonsense.

Limited customizations and encourages addictive gambling like behavior
Despite what the advertisement says, I was very disappointed to find how limited “not limitless” the customization options are. As a person of color you are only limited to race depending on which class you choose. It would have really been nice to be able to feel represented no matter which class I choose. Just to give one example, as a blood knight you can only be a white or black male, you have no option to be an Asian male unless you’re a barbarian for example. This matter to me as I would like it to be “my adventure”.
Another disappointment is that they don’t have any reoccurring special events that give you the chance to obtain some of the previous armor sets like the blood rebirth armor for example. I love new content but I also think it would be nice for players to play previous special events vs rehashing the same old normal events. Then game is also very pay to play oriented and encouraging gambling like behavior. I don’t mind paying as a moderate spender but it can be discouraging spending a lot of money with such a low percentage to obtain higher quality gems.
The game also does very little to describe how new functions work like the pet systems which forces player to experiment which is expensive and lead to a lot of discouragement as well. On a positive note is that the community can be fun and I do like when it seems like the devs do invest in this game.

Requires too much memory for a mobile game
Requires a massive amount of memory in order to play. I am unable to continue further without deleting more apps from my device, am issue I have not faced with any other app. It does not easily allow for ongoing game play on mobile
This is great!
Been a big fan of Diablo for many many years now. Have played through D2 and D2LoD countless times and have never found a limit to the number of different ways to come at the game I’m with different characters, set ups etc. endless fun.
I’ve just started Diablo Immortal and am loving it so far! Feels like Diablo through and though but made more user friendly for phone screens. The action is fantastic and has a pace that sits somewhere between D2 and D3.
For big complicated play throughs I might still go back to D2 but this is an awesome travel sized way to still enjoy (really enjoy) the Diablo world

Major concern, can be great game
Great game. I am a long time player and play it everyday. The major issue is that I have and others have is this.
After the new class released some mates and I changed our class to the newly added class to try it out. Everything is fine and dandy till we noticed that the skins didn’t role over. These are hard to come by skins and we pay money and put in effort to get these skins. We feel that it isn’t breaking the game to have those transfer over especially since we only changed class in game. It has really dropped motivation in playing the game and feel in needs to be rectified. Class changes shouldn’t impact any progress you made as it is all still the same account and character save.
If this was to change my review would be 5 stars, but sadly hard earned money spent doesn’t get you very far in this game and I and others feel that little changes like this shouldn’t cost you and arm and a leg to get it all back again especially if its only a change on the same character. I will be eagerly awaiting and response and a solution

Amazing skills
So when I played the game it was amazing and I got a skill a loot.
Then I discovered a lot of creatures then I saved a blacksmith. So that's totally my things i like I kinda love the graphics.

Disappointing for Blizzard
I have been playing Diablo since the original, and was extremely excited when this game first dropped. On the positive side, the campaign is well made, the classes are fun and the skills and combat are enjoyable, everything else about the game is utterly terrible. I played for the first few months and the quit when I decided I wasn’t going to spend any money on it. Right before the Diablo 4 beta dropped I started playing again to see if anything had improved in the game, and while I was kind of surprised with the fact that getting legendary crests without paying for them seemed a tiny bit easier, what I got in return was an extremely toxic player base. I was surprised because at the beginning of this game the player base was very kind and helpful, now you just have a bunch of really annoying, really trolly people who think that because they are paragon 600 that they are superior human beings to you. It is really a shame that Blizzard made this game the way that they did, but at least the people were enjoyable at first, now the whole experience isn’t worth playing at all. Update, now that Diablo 4 has been released it has even further relegated this game to the hallowed halls of games that should have never been made. If you are looking for a Diablo experience the way it should be, go play D4 and save yourself from spending thousands of dollars to be the best loser on mobile gaming.

Very well made, nostalgic game
This game really hits home with me as Diablo was the first game I played on computer and they certainly did not disappoint with this one it is very easy to navigate the settings, inventory and menu needless to say I am very impressed and very excited to play 👍👍👍👍👍
Easily the best RPG on iPad
Very happy with this almost endless play options, solo, groups. Dungeons can usually be done solo, and the challenge continues as you level up. It would have been good to understand the game mechanics without going to the web, such as how to spend paragon points and why you should apply points to classes you don’t intend to use, for permanent bonuses whether activated or not. But definitely a 5 star game. The pay options are pricey but not necessary to have ongoing play like so many other games on IOS. This game makes my iPad worth something other than watching movies.

Lowest point of Blizzards history
Have been playing Blizzard games since the 80s, for perspective. I appreciate the graphical quality and the gameplay is somewhat smooth, but it’s just a hollow shell gatcha game, once you reach max level there is no endgame at all worth a penny, there’s a few hours of okay’ish gameplay before but then it ends abruptly. At this point the only people playing are the long term whalers who have thrown thousands at it or have ground out to hell4 with hundreds of paragon doing exactly the same small handful of things day after day, there is nobody between normal and hell3/4 to play with, so dungeons cannot be played as there is a minimum player requirement. PvP is ‘get killed in two to three hits by a whale over and over again. They have only introduced pay to win content, new passes, more useless content that does not in any way fix any of the glaring issues. D3 was broken at its core and in the end was unfixable despite reapers best attempts, this is similarly rotten at the core but for different reasons, that is to say it’s built to harvest big money spenders and make everyone else feel weak, and I see no way of salvaging it. This was a money grab, and sadly I think it heralds the final death knell for Blizzard of old, it’s been many years coming but it’s here, they cashed out with this trash pile of a game and the company has no respect left in my eyes.
