Problem for sign in

I have my vip card but i can’t add in the app because i’m a candian professional driver. The postal code don’t take number and letter so i can’t check for the offert and how much points i get !

work needed/ accurate info/ ordering issues
Gas prices not accurate in app compared to store/pump signs also you need to get apple pay in the app thats the biggest issue with online ordering for me add that and id use online ordering however also why am I getting errors when trying to online order the data couldn’t be read because it is missing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still had the same issue so it did not fix this issue or the gas prices being wrong there is at multiple locations any updates when this will be addressed you guys haven’t had an update in some time please fix

Garbage Experience
Stop requiring an account to be created and then linked for a social login with apple. Just create the stupid account.
Stop using poorly implemented responsive ui that prevents the ability to paste info, like passwords during the account creation process. Really hurts users that use something like last pass for creating secure passwords.
Several times over the years I’ve tried using this, and every time I leave disappointed and just go to Sheetz since I can’t even get passed the login process. Yes, that’s happening again. Snack wraps, here I come!

Love Rutters but the App is worthless
Login never works right, says my mobile number is already used (never had an account before) and my work number is used. So I used a home phone line. Won’t even let me update my card to a new one as the old one didn’t work anymore. I want to be able to have a Rutters app as I am a frequent customer, but I can’t even navigate with this. After having it for a while and not using it due to frustration I Deleted as it was just taking up space for no reason on my phone.

Hedgesville Store is Awesome!!
Everyone at this store is amazing!!! No matter what time you go in there, they will be happy, friendly and ready to help. The food is pretty darn good for a convenient store. So far everything is very good. Especially the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps.
Poorly made
I’m trying to order food off of the app and when I get to payment I put all my information in and it says Last Name can’t be blank. You show me where I’m supposed to enter that and I will. I’ve tried scrolling and zooming out but there’s no field so I can’t pay, rending the app basically useless to me.

Mobile food ordering fail
Downloaded app specifically to order food for pickup for family dinner, and all the app will say after everyone making their order is “checking your order with store, try again later”. We could have driven to store and ordered in person in less time. Deleting app after having it for less than an hour.

Definitely better, but still has room to improve!
Rutter’s itself is awesome, your stores are nice, the food is great, the staff is amazing, and here comes the but! The app has greatly improved but there’s still a common / frequent issue of not being able to log in. I don’t use the social media methods as that only introduces the chance for more issues. For a normal user ID and password user, there should not be this many frequent issues of not being able to get logged in to the app. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for this recurring problem.

Don’t waste your time
I’ve just redownloaded this app about a week ago. It’s a wast of space on my phone. It worked for 2 days then as usual with the Rutter’s app it quit working. I tried calling customer support and as usual again no one ever answered. I keep giving them a chance to do better but it never happens. They obviously have no interest in having a working app.
