It never truly works. Always get a refresh/contact us notice. At one point we completely stopped using the camera because it sounded like someone was talking through it
The app still hasn’t worked for me
not very functional. I go thru the whole setup and get asked to update but it never updates!
Hella latency with the video feed. Wish the app worked cause I don’t need to keep an eye on my kids while I’m home. I need it while I’m at work.

App will download and load on iPad, but won’t let you type in email and password

The app is refusing to work for more than 1 minute I can’t contact customer support because it keeps shutting down I can’t adjust names or even create a profile before the app kicks me out

The Camera worked fine until it kept failing.
I used this for around 8 months and then it kept failing. The camera repeatedly says: “Failed to start, please try again or contact customer service”. After trying everything I could, I contacted the customer service from the App and still haven’t got any actual non robot answers for the past 3 months. This is unacceptable. I’m not changing my rating until I get proper support and a working camera.

Zero Customer Service
After 2 months the camera stopped working. The camera says "failed to start, please contact customer service"
There is no customer service. I emailed multiple times and sent messages at the "help center" but never received any response. I want a full refund, the camera is useless right now.

Connection failure and can’t log back in
I have been getting connection problems since the Kickstarter days. They got better for a while but now they won’t woke 80% of the time. (Mostly at night then the baby is asleep and it’s most important).
Now I can’t even reconfigure the network or even log BACK IN because the app is broken and says there is no internet. I tried this on multiple phones Apple and android. Same issue. I wish I could just get a refund and get a normal monitor instead at this point. It’s not safe or reliable to have a monitor that looses connection constantly no matter how great my internet is (over 200mbs) or where I place it.
