Not reliable app
I was able to activate this business bank’s mobile bank many days ago so I expected to get into the Login page but NO. Instead it asked for the authorization key again. This is unsatisfactory because it does not help me work smartly. Instead: I have to go online once again to find the activation code or key Heritage sent via their secure message. This is time consuming. Why can’t Heritage activate the app one time?
Disappointed. I don’t recommend this app to be business friendly.
