  • Better to order directly from vendors

    The app doesn’t allow for vendor reviews after a few minutes - and doesn’t do any real quality control. Not worth it.
  • Tipping

    The app functions smoothly, except for accurately pinpointing your location. The main issue, however, is with tipping. Riders do not receive tips given through the app, and they aren’t even notified about them. It seems like the app retains these tips.
  • This is the worst app I’ve ever used

    I can’t wait for Uber eats or DoorDash to be available in Rwanda. This app is garbage, doesn’t accept non Rwanda numbers lol, customer service is non existent and they don’t seem to care about improving customer experience

    I’m not able to log in after the new update. Also it’s asking me for my email while I never entered my email before
  • Doesn’t work for US phone numbers

    App doesn’t allow me to register with a U.S. phone number. Can’t reach a human being via help for meaningful customer support. Makes the app worthless for a short term visit.

    I am visiting Rwanda and this has to be the most infuriating app have ever come across. The verification code doesn’t work, so you can’t order, and there is zero customer service

  • New update removes valuable features

    Have used the app for years and appreciate it. Customer care is responsive and app is easy to use.
    Just got an update (July 2022) and have two immediate concerns.
    First is small: restaurants used to appear two to a row, now they are one to a row. This means you see fewer restaurants at a time and have to scroll through a longer list. I preferred the previous arrangement which allowed me to see 4+ restaurants on my phone screen at a time ( makes choices easier!)
    Second is larger: all details about food selections have been removed. No longer does the app tell you what ingredients are in a salad or on a pizza. This not only deters me from trying something new (because the name alone may not explain what a dish is) but also makes avoiding food allergies impossible because I don’t know what’s in a dish. Please return the descriptions!

  • Broken payment

    They say my order failed but when I check my bank statement they still charged me for the order I didn’t get
  • Frustrating delivery time

    Delivery time is always 2+ hours longer than the app promises. You’d be better off calling your desired restaurant to deliver to you directly. Certainly not through this app.
