This is the most incompetent app i have had the misfortune to use recently. The most worrying part is that this app/company is responsible for the correct billing of what would appear to be tens of millions of pounds of EV charging sessions. Very very concerning.
The app signs you out for no reason, admittedly it has the decency to tell you… ‘you have been signed out’, like, thanks. The pwd reset function is dead, buttons don’t do anything, no feedback to being pressed and no pwd reset email.
You load some money onto your ‘wallet’ (what app does this in 2024??) and hope for the best, prey to your chosen god and STILL it says ‘an error occurred’ with no useful information or anyway whatsoever to contact this company.
Utter utter garbage. Sadly center parcs chose to use this company (Rolec) for their charging. Almost certainly as Rolec were by far the lowest bidder for the deal and this shows in the app and service.
This app almost single-handedly sums up why EVs have such a bad reputation. Well done Rolec!
