Perfect App but needs frequent updates and improvements
I love this app very much but new updates in this app are given very lately. Features like linking NID, Paying traffic fines from this app, Educational Certificates, Bluebook, latest news about country and governments in np/en and everything related to government should be kept here for better use, india has digilocker app uae has uaepass which includes all these features and has more, we should have something even more better. Everything can be done from this same app to ease government works if it integrates all features i highlighted hereShow lessttylvvgbb
Riddled with flaws
I just found out I can’t remove linked devices from this app, and the stupid app has a max 4 registered devices limitation. What’s more, 3 of the four registered devices are the same dam phone, just on different iOS versions! I’m still wondering how I will get access to my account if I lose my phone or when I eventually upgrade to a newer phone. Nothing says Nepal government service like such a ludicrous incompetence.Show lesscuriocty

What is the use of this app?
I am confused with this app. All the documents are under one app -this okay. But what is its use if none of government body recognize it.
If traffic police recognize it ,that would be very helpful.
But traffic police give zero value to card store in it. So I am uninstalling my only government app from my mobile. Either remove such app which have no value or do homework before releasing this type of app. It makes feel bad seeing such low rating for national app. Show some respect to your app. Jai NepalShow lessDORIKLY

Difficulties in sign up
Badly done UI/UX. Couldn't sign up. Something about citizenship number. Since, no text hints are given, no idea if the number should be given with or without the dashes. Says the number couldn't be found in either case. Asked for this to be looked into, as its a feature within the app, which in turn asks for details, which has three batches of addresses (each batch with 3/4 fields) and absolutey no clue to know what is for what. No title, subsection, any kind of clarity at allShow lesspade_dai
