Well maintained, good staff
Good service
My mom traveled from Vijayawada to Bangalore. Well maintained bus and very friendly and helpful staff and helped my mom to get down at the right place.
WORST BUS
Waste of money,staff manners and talking way was not good,I never book this waste services again..it’s not smart bus,it’s a rubish bus..😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Worst bus service. Very slow and the bus broke down in the middle of the journey. Stopped the bus and A/c in the middle of nowhere. Strangled the passengers.
Ride from Bangalore to Madurai
Nice trip. We came from America for vacation after 2years. Everyone suggested intrcity bus aervice. So tried. Really very nice trip. Very excellent ataff support. No rash driving. We had a peaceful trip. My kids enjoyed lot.
Rude behaviour
One of the worst drivers i have ever seen they did not stop for a bio break and telling that hotel is closed that why we didn’t stop the bus and telling we need to request them for water bottle if we need extra one the bus captain and bus driver are rude with the customer
Travel Feedback: Annoying
Travel was okay but i had some personal horrible experience with the staff and services.
Firstly, when the bus stopped for lunch - my younger kid was sleeping and the staff to save fuel switched off the AC ( I am a frequent traveller but none of the travels do the same and staff should be aware of people sleeping)
Secondly, playing too loud audio and repetitive audio - (the bus will halt for 20 min for dinner break), which is insane.
Third, with kid and luggage i was supposed to get down at JNTU , i have been constantly asking the bus pilot from bhel stop, he was saying its yet to come, when reached i requested to STOP , then the cleaner started stating there is no stop here, which is annoying. I was let down at Kukatpally which is almost 3 km away from my desired stop, great to have basic sense which is missing,when there is no stop as requested the same should be conveyed to me, i would have got down at ahead (Nizampet x Roads), the cleaner boy( with beard) was so arrogant. The management should emphasise on customer service and train employee to have basic customer serving skills which is absolutely missing, i will strongly recommend family and friends to be aware with you guys( If possible not to travel with you guys).
