The app has become progressively more glitchy, slow, or unstable. There is definitely a need to also develop an iPad/tablet UI-based app, as the current app is only formatted for iPhones/smart phones.
The map option for searches seems to have seen minor improvements, but could still stand further refinement to make navigation a tad easier.
My biggest hangup is actually the interface for the website. There is no option to open listings in a new tab/window, which is super annoying as I like to have listings easy to access in a separate tab in a snap rather than going back and forth, back and forth.
