Always has issues, tends to be slow, needs a ton of fixing for an app that realtors rely on.

Absolutely inexcusably terrible

It is Nov 2nd, 2024 and this app has been around for +2 yrs, and still the developers have not resolved issues of it still timing out, crashing, taking 3 minutes to load mad etc. Just read all the other previous negative reviews. Yea, it’s that bad and our MLS in North Texas has not done anything about addressing the glaring hole that is BrokeN Bay.

Almost there…

Great concept of the application to perform work duties, but either crashed a lot or glitches while operating especially via Realm. Major improvement needed but lots of potential

This has so much potential 😫

I love brokerbay but it’s sooo frustrating how slow and glitchy it is. If and when that gets fixed then it’s a perfect app for realtors. I have to delete it and redownload every couple days. So when our business truly is time is money, a slow app just won’t cut it. I find myself just standing with clients waiting for an app to load so I can get the key information…. How silly is that. Also i don’t like manually adding to google calendar, that should be automatic. Let’s hope all these bugs get fixed.

Slow and buggy

This app has gone downhill so fast. One of the worst parts of the day is having to open it in attempt to get something done. Please upgrade your service.

Focus on fixing the app

You guys need to do much better with the app, it really hard for realtors to work with the app.. on the other hand, I know BrokerBay is a really software and you guys just need to focus on fixing the app soon
