Great App

Amaxing app to help my sellers and buyers.

No Change - Still Horrendous

Minor improvements in the past few months but the app continues to be very slow to load, very slow to transition and it shows inaccurately high number of message counts in the notification badge. It’s frustrating to use. And more importantly, embarrassingly unprofessional when you’re in the presence of clients.

The ownership and developers behind this app continue to have zero interest or skills to invest or fix this horrendously inefficient app. Sadly it is vital to the real estate industry with very little competition (currently) to put it out of its misery. I have been in contact with their so-called support team to provide feedback, complain and even offer guidance to fix. Instead of reading their reviews that clearly indicate what is wrong with the app, they asked me to record and send them what I am finding to be wrong with their app. How out of touch with your product can one company be?!

Once again BrokerBay: Fix this app. You already know all the things that are wrong with it!

WORST APP but I’m forced to use it

Honestly this is The WORST app I’ve ever had to use unwillingly. And we have no other options. Who was it that reviewed the app before launch and thought to themselves ‘oh this is good enough for hundreds of thousands of realtors to depend on EVERY SINGLE DAY”

Response time when you click showings

It take about 5 seconds when you click a property and transition from one page to another.

As a realtor we prefer for a quick response time of the app

Very poor app

Apps is slow. Very glitchy. Takes forever to load when clicking into next page. Slow loading each page. Doesn’t sync with calendar anymore.

Good but can be better

I really wish to have this app to be faster and more efficient. I use this app daily multiple times for our listings and appointments, and it takes almost forever to load. Please can something be done to make it faster and more efficient.

It WAS a great app

When brokerbay first came out it was a game changer, a very effective and efficient tool, quick, straightforward and easy to use, after trreb bought it it went downhill, it’s sloooow to the point that it’s useless, they’ve made several updates with no luck, you’re better off using the browser on a computer, as using on mobile browser isn’t responsive either. What a shame, they should bring the app founders back, they were on the ball and had a fantastic tool firing on all cylinders

Please fix this, showingtime app is easily 100x the speed. Otherwise BrokerBay is the best

Terrible app, extremely slow

One of the worst apps I've ever used in my life. It is EXTREMELY SLOW. Which is very frustrating when you're constantly opening it infront of clients to get passcodes etc. Terrible app, will be fighting my board to transition back to showing time.
