Notifications
The app is alright. It’s nice to get points and redeem them for free stuff. But one thing I really don’t like is the app asking me twice upon opening to turn on notifications. There should be a “don’t ask me again” option or something. I don’t want notifications for deals when I can just look at the app to see if there are any good ones. Please consider adding this or at least a setting option to get rid of the pop-up for notifications.Show lessBlake241
Charged my old bank an extra $20 without telling me
Long story short, i used the app when getting gas and instead of letting me pay with my new bank they charged my old one without telling me. Then they sent an email saying there’s a $20 fee because my CLOSED BANK ACCOUNT declined the payment. I called them and told them I would pay for the gas but not the fee and they said they wouldn’t take a partial payment. They said because of that they will continue to reach out to me so now I’m getting calls and emails asking to pay for THEIR MISTAKE. They said I can no longer use the rewards and I’m perfectly okay with that. Wanted to save some money but ended up getting charged a $20 fee lol. Wont be using this again.Show lessMathew Rj
