Worst service ever
Delivered wrong order after 03 hours of waiting. They went back to collect the correct order and said the items we ordered are now unavailable! Wasted our time and money! These people should not be allowed to carry out this serviceWrong order!

Several instances occurred where this app struggled to process payments for orders. Despite the app indicating payment failure, BML records showed successful transactions. Upon reporting the issue, it took them over a week to initiate the refund. While I acknowledge that service failures can happen, the slow response to these issues significantly worsens the overall experience. Also, they failed to address complaint messages on Viber despite numerous attempts.Show lessBad experience
Once I ordered something and even paid for it but after 10 minutes maybe they said the order was cancelled by vendor…first time it was maybe because I ordered I think 3 mins before the closing but still I think there should be another way for that. And the second time this happened, the reason for that was it was available but I just placed the order and paid. Anyways I got refund for that after a couple of days…I didn’t want to complain. The app needs a dark theme in the next update!! Would be easier on the eyes and blocks out the hatmful blue light coming from the default theme!Saahil

A delivery app without reliable delivery agents. Food was ready and the agent was not picking up the food from outlet. Called the hotline several times, kept on saying that “it’s assigned to an agent”. After 2 hours since we placed the order, food was delivered. Imagine the status of food after been in a box for 2 hours.
