Terrible experience
Agents are not reliable
Food was ready from the food outlet and it took the agent more than 2 hrs to pick up the food
Not to mention the agent had to be changed two different people during the process for whatever the reason and when my food came it was soggy and messed up

Convenient app, inconsistent service
The app itself is very user friendly and easy to track an order. The delivery time unfortunately is the same as for any other delivery service in greater malé region - extremely slow, inconsistent and expect to wait at least 1.5 hrs to have delivered. Poor delivery
I have used this app 6 times now. Each time it took more than 30mins for drivers to pick up my order from the restaurant.
It would be quicker if I went to the restaurant my self.hungryMeehaa
Bad service provider
I did order from this app. Delivery takes 2 hours and it comes like a garbage. Leaked and mixed foods with others.Kudey123

Love this app
This is the best app iv used for food ordering. Its fast and easy to navigate around. A +point for the mini animations shown when ordered to delivering. Needs more outlets and it would be perfect.Whosayin
Almost the perfect food ordering app
The app, design ease of use and navigation is perfect. 100% deserving of 5 stars. Best food ordering app in Maldives so far.
One small problem with the app. The app uses a lot of wifi/data, and reloads everything every time i open the app.
Would be great if better caching can be implemented within the app so that all content don't have to load every single time i open the app.
