Totally inaccurate loads day of departure

I have to downgrade this app. The free version is useless. Day of departure is "free" but completely wrong. An overbooked flight still shows 9+ seats in the app. The app doesn't tell you how old the loads are. Bottomline : cannot rely on the day of departure feature in the free version at all.

It seems that one of your colleagues incorrectly filled out the preset (ZED carrier list) for your airline, that's why you don't see Frontier and Jetblue. Select XX (All airlines) in the app settings and those direct flights will appear. Please email us at hello@staffairlines.com your and we will update it. Thank you. Previous reply: That's not true. Indeed we are having problems with SWA availability right now and we are working to get it back asap. Frontier, JetBlue and all other airlines are available. Missing SWA and confusing settings

Updating the rating to 3 stars. The developer is responsive and obviously cares. The main problem with the app is that if you select the airline you work for, it may result in missing flights from the search. Select all airlines in the settings instead of a specific airline to avoid the issue. Also, Southwest is missing, and they are working on it supposedly. An app with good potential. Please keep improving!

Update : Developer reply is appreciated but is inaccurate. Example : direct Frontier flight from DEN to BUF does not show up. Direct Jetblue flight(more than one) from LAS to BOS does not show up. I already pointed out the problem in the original review. Instead of spending time saying "not true" they need to perhaps focus on fixing the actual problem.

It’s nearly useless . Missing the likes of Southwest, Frontier, JetBlue, provably others. Those flights just don’t show up at all as if they don’t exist, but they do. 2 stars for having SOME airlines.

An app that could be better

For $6.00 a month you get an app that consistently misses flights and transfer flights. The app is a helpful tool, if you can find the flight your actually trying to get on. Flights will not appear on your chosen routing even if it’s confirmed to have open seats via staff traveller app. Then you may think maybe the airlines is not on it, but then you look at transfer flights and there’s the airlines you were looking to book on but was not on your departure destination.
I’d expect missed flights and connections from a low cost app but for $6.00 a month a better search optimization is expected or at least a search tool for specific flights, should the one be missing.

Not showing Southwest

I LOVED this app and have used it for a year now and been promoting it to other flight attendants. However, Southwest is no longer showing and that is my main airline at my airport. It’s really disappointing.

Game changer!

This app has made planning trips so much easier. Previously I would have to guess which airlines might have connections and look them up individually on MyIdTravel. It was a major pain! I’ve found this especially helpful for international travel. I always look here first for trip planning and then check actual loads on Staff Traveler App a day or two before a trip. Love, love, love this App! Just hope they can get Southwest info back into the mix very soon.

Going downhill

Loved this app when I first got it. Now southwest info is no longer available. I don’t need to pay to see the other airlines. Unfortunate because it was great when it included everyone. Happy to update this if you all can fix the issue.
