Set your daily calorie intake for a variety of purposes: maintain a healthy lifestyle, gain muscle mass, lose weight, and keep fit. Let's review all the functionality in more detail. - Calorie counter. In our application you can set the required limit or minimum that you need to keep during a day. Engaged in calorie counting? Choose foods and dishes and add them to your plan, the application itself will show how many calories are contained in a particular product. Also nutrients calculator is available for you. It will show how many components are contained in the products that you eat. Find your best plans and achieve your goals. - Nutrition plan. You can set the number of meals and the time at which you will take them. For example, if you are on a diet for weight loss, then a nutritionist will appoint you to eat every day at the same time. Thanks to the nutrition plan, you can prepare and sett a stable meal schedule always remember about breakfast, lunch or dinner, the application itself will remind you when it’s time to eat. Mark your meals ready and see in summary how you have been following a nutrition plan for a month, maximize your diet plan for weight loss so that it is as effective as possible. - Grocery list. Our application contains a large database with various foods that you eat every day, using the calorie calculator, you can pick food smarter.
